Warranty Coverage
All Shalom Mattress products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty period varies by product:

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Shalom Mattress or its authorized dealers.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches (for mattresses).
- Broken or defective foam, springs, or support layers.
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, zipper, or fabric (within initial warranty period).
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal softening or loss of comfort over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or physical abuse.
- Stains, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage.
- Mold, dirt, or odor resulting from improper ventilation or moisture exposure.
- Products used without a proper foundation, bed base, or support frame.
- Commercial or rental use (unless stated otherwise).
- Products repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a claim:

- Our team will assess the claim and may request inspection or pickup.
- If the issue qualifies under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Note: Replacement or repair does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Transportation & Handling
- In case of a valid warranty claim, pickup and delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging of the product during return.
Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Shalom Mattress reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies for warranty coverage. The company’s decision in all warranty matters is final and binding.
Limitation of Liability
