User Account, Security & Credentials
- To place orders, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or refuse service if any breach or misuse is suspected.
Product Information & Pricing
- All Product descriptions, images, specifications, and other content on the Service are for illustrative purposes. We attempt to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
- Prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping, delivery, or handling fees (if any) may be added at checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, promotional offers, or discounts at any time before an Order is accepted. If a pricing error is detected after payment, we may cancel the Order and refund you.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If a Product in your Order is unavailable, we will inform you and either cancel that part of the Order (with refund) or suggest alternatives.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order in whole or part, at our discretion.
- Upon acceptance, we will send you an Order confirmation via email or SMS, which constitutes a binding contract.
- You may request cancellation prior to dispatch. Once the Product has shipped, cancellation may not be possible (or may incur charges) depending on the stage.
- In case of cancellation by us (e.g. due to stock unavailability), we will refund you the amount paid for that Order item.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made via the modes offered (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, or other gateways).
- All payments are final once processed, except in cases of cancellation or refunds as per these Terms.
- If refunds are to be given, they will be processed in Indian Rupees. Any charge or difference due to foreign exchange fluctuation (if applicable) is not our responsibility.
- Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) may be borne by the Customer, depending on the terms of the gateway.
Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver Products to the address specified by you in the Order. You must provide accurate, full delivery address and contact details.
- We strive to deliver within the estimated time, but delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics, natural events, strikes, regulatory restrictions, etc.).
- In cases of failed delivery due to wrong / incomplete address or absence, extra re-delivery charges may apply, or the Product may be returned to us.
- Once delivery is completed (i.e., Product is physically handed over to you or your authorized representative), the risk passes to you, and we are not responsible for further loss or damage in transit.
Returns, Refunds & Replacement
- Defective or damaged Products must be reported to us within 7 days (or such period you clearly specify) of delivery, with evidence (photographs, invoice, delivery slip) for assessment.
- Upon verification, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
- Products returned must be unused, in original packaging (as much as possible) and in condition permitting resale (unless the defect is substantiated).
- Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the Customer or by us as per our return policy.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind (except in jurisdictions where such rights are mandatory) unless explicitly stated in our Return Policy.
Warranty & Liability
- Each Product may carry a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. 5-10 years) as specified on the product listing or packaging.
- The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, exposure to moisture or pests, or normal wear and tear.
- Our total liability (and that of our affiliates, agents, or suppliers) for any claim (whether contract, tort, statutory or otherwise) arising from the Products or Service is limited to the amount you paid for that particular Product.
- In no event shall we be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages (loss of profits, data, etc.), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
